YOUR IMPACT _________

The
Senior Retail Executive
is responsible for driving the sales across selected markets in Parfums Christian Dior Travel Retail SEA as well as collaborate with retailers to manage day to day business. You will report into the Retail Manager (RM) in South East Asia to develop retail sales, oversee business reporting, deliver operational excellence that is in line with the brand image and stature in the market.

YOUR MISSION _________

  • Review retail sales targets and performance of each door on a monthly basis with RM
  • Work with field team, retailers and training team to ensure achievement of our sales objectives through BC motivation and coaching
  • Work with RM and Counter Managers on monthly sales order proposals for retailers to drive appropriate stock coverage
  • Plan monthly BC incentives to drive business with Counter Managers
  • Initiate and evaluate GWP mechanic for all counters
  • Compile monthly commentary and month-end sales reporting by working closely with retailers for timely sales report submissions, while getting feedback on monthly sales trends and competition data
  • Prepare stock-on-hand monthly data and analysis to ensure healthy stockholding and appropriate replenishment for all stores and retailers
  • Compile monthly sales report to management, including new launches and competition analysis
  • Communicate competition’s marketing activity to management

Operations

  • Ensuring operational excellence across all counters by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of saleables, GWPs, testers, POSMs & trade tools
  • Work with VM team to ensure high standards for in-store visual merchandising are upheld and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Close collaboration with retailers on order placement, novelty allocations and necessary operational procedures to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Stock management across counters to ensure that we are proactively optimizing best sellers and slow movers.
  • Provide administrative, logistics support to retail team and stores
  • Prepare monthly sales performance and KPI report of each market and brief the retail teams
  • Act as the key contact point between retailers, retail, VM & Training through strong collaboration and communication.

Promotion/ animation management:

  • Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department
  • Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event
  • Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation

Relationship with retailers:

  • Ensure a day-to-day follow-up with operation teams (shipments, animations)
  • Present new launches and key animations to the local teams
  • Negotiate and work on retail operational initiatives with retailers to achieve shared objectives
Profile

WHO YOU ARE _________

  • At least 3-4 years experience in a similar capacity. Exposure to Travel Retail would be a plus.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Excel). Exposure and conversant in other data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik and Salesforce etc is a plus.
  • Business orientated, sensitive to numbers and reporting
  • Results and action oriented (able to think on their feet, react quickly to solve problems)
