We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can access the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store layout, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
