Schedule:

Full time schedule. 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, days may vary. More details upon interview.

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees and creates an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail; oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via electronic channels when applicable.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Uses proper systems for daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, cash reports, production records, payroll, and timekeeping).
• Maintains proper cash handling as established by the Food Accounting Manual.
• Orders food and other necessary supplies from approved sources or purveyors.
• Directs and participates in sanitation and safety of the facility and employees in accordance with company standards and government regulations; develops sanitation schedules for cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
• Issues written and oral instructions; assists in selecting and orienting employees; oversees staff training in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous food service experience in a healthcare setting is required. Previous lead experience is preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.
