Job Summary
Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handle food per HACCP guidelines and quality standards. Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. This role supports a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS device; accept cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Ensure food preparation follows approved recipes and prescribed production standards.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Greet customers courteously and interact to ensure satisfaction; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in the service line.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to customers.
• Advocate selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision‑making process.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards and serve food neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
