* Summary:

** Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishware, pots, and pans, and cooking utensils, etc., using a machine and manual cleaning methods.  This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
** Responsibilities:
*** Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
* Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
* Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
* Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, pantry and refrigerators.
* Sweep or scrub floors.
* Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
* Must take direction well.
* Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.
* Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global facilities in Wichita and Andover.
* Follow rules and regulations of Food and Beverage team.
* Regular attendance is an essential job function.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Duties:
*** Reports to Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in appropriate uniform, for assigned location.
* Follows all rules and regulations which apply to Food and Beverage.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

*** Prior dishwashing or kitchen work in food service.
* Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
* Positive attitude and neat appearance.
* Must speak and understand English.
* Attend all Training both for Food and Beverage department and within the venue.

Experience:

*** High School Diploma or GED.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a good attitude required.

* Maintains proper grooming and dress code standards.
* Work ethic encourages strong urgency and quality in a team environment.

** Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
** Physical Demands:
** This position requires standing, working with hot water, steam, bending, stooping and lifting up to 45 lbs. substantial standing and walking.
