• Perform quality management reviews (QMR), write reports, raise requests for internal / supplier action and follow up.
• Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
• Provides daily visibility on internal customer issues to quality and manufacturing team.
• Technical investigations
• Establish containment plans in manufacturing (short term / long term)
• Infrequent on-site visits at the internal customer manufacturing sites

• 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality management system
• Experience in problem resolution techniques
• Computer literate, specifically well versed in Excel and Power Point
