Assistant Director of Nursing - Hospice — Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000 | Sign-On Bonus Available

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing who is ready to lead with both clinical excellence and heart.

• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary care team to support nurses, strengthen care delivery, and ensure every patient is treated with dignity and respect.
• Oversee hospice nursing operations in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards.
• Guide the development and execution of individualized patient care plans.
• Mentor, support, and supervise nursing staff.
• Foster open communication through regular staff meetings.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year of hospice or palliative care experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, steady leadership style rooted in compassion.
