American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown/Intermediate Care position in Wichita, KS, requiring a valid KS or compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Position is located in a Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit within a hospital setting
• Unit serves a general Med/Surg and observation patient population
  13‑week assignment
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Active KS RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Current BLS certification required (must be AHA‑issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• MOAB Moderate Risk De‑Escalation Training required
• Must possess a valid US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Skills checklist required for consideration

• Provides nursing care to general Med/Surg and observation patients in a stepdown/intermediate care setting
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible at a different rate — contact your recruiter for details
