PRN Nurse (RN/LPN) – Regent Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare

Shifts: PRN coverage is needed last minute. Shifts are DAY 6:00am–6:30pm and/or NIGHT 6:00pm–6:30am.

Location: 10604 E 13th St N Wichita, KS 67206.

• Direct day‑to‑day functions of the nursing assistant in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long‑term care and rehab facility.
• Ensure charting and documentation is completed every shift and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments ordered by the physician.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management.
• Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present.
• Demonstrate pride in Regent Park by keeping areas clean and safe.
• Show ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and punctuality.
• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents.

• Previous job experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a current RN or LPN license in the State of Kansas (IV Certification preferred).
• Must have excellent time‑management skills and be able to work to deadlines.
• Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co‑workers at all times.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month and attend monthly staff in‑services.
