LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse role at Azria Health — DAY Shift (6a-6p) and Night Shift (6p-6a).

• Provide restorative care to residents.
• Reassure residents and families and communicate effectively with the clinical team at all times.

• Current license as a LPN (required).
