As a
** Registered Nurse (RN) skilled nursing, your expertise in LTC, SNF, rehabilitation, and post-acute care
** will help elevate the quality of life for our residents.
* Deliver top-tier nursing care, including medication administration and treatment plans.
* Provide critical oversight for LTC, SNF, post-acute and respiratory care programs.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement resident care plans.
* Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions with precision and professionalism.
* Educate and support nursing team members, fostering skill growth and resident-centered care.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** A current
** RN license
** in Kansas, in good standing.
* Experience in
** long-term care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or respiratory nursing.
*** Strong clinical and decision-making skills, with a resident-centered approach.
* Effective communication and leadership abilities.
* Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
