We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at VAMC in Wichita, Kansas in a full-time capacity.

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at VAMC in Wichita, Kansas in a full-time capacity.



Minimum Qualifications :

• Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of Kansas and have six months of experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional training and certification required by the hospital or facility prior to assignment working in patient care

Responsibilities:

• Must provide leadership and coordination of quality patient care by fostering therapeutic relationships, active treatment, and supporting the hospital
• Provide patient care and recognition of behavioral and physical changes
• Serves as shift leader, if assigned
