Average hourly rate: $18.31

Full-time

• Coordinate the activities of the Citizen Review Panel as directed by the Kansas Department of Children and Families.
• Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and conferences with DCF-appointed staff, committee members, and volunteers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with panel members and volunteers.
• Assist in developing departmental plans and goals and manage annual reporting for the CRP panels.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or social service field.
• At least two years of experience in child welfare administration, management, or event coordination.
• Compassionate, eager to learn, and committed to making a difference.
• Highly organized with strong people and event management skills.
• Team player and self-starter, ready to grow with the organization.
• Experience with Kansas child welfare is a plus.

• Flexible scheduling.
• 20 days personal leave in the first year, 25 days after completion of year one.
