Manager of Marketing, Relationship Marketing

Draft creative briefs and work with internal and external creative teams to execute creative to leverage across campaigns

Strong proficiency with marketing automation and relationship / conversion marketing best practices, particularly in email and SMS channels.

Strong experience implementing A/B and multi-variant testing and driving from strategy to execution. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other CRM, though Salesforce is strongly preferred) and enterprise email service providers.

Experience with customer analytics and taking a data driven approach to campaigns (particularly in email and SMS).Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task many projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, but knows when to ask for clarity and how to escalate concerns appropriately.

Strong written and verbal communication skills  Ability to analyze and present data and findings clearly, concisely, and accurately, and be able to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations for action Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
6+ years of marketing experience2+ years of leadership experience in the areas listed above Experience in working on SaaS or edtech products is preferred, but not required

B2C digital marketing experience required.

Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment) may be required based on role. If so, this would include being mobile within the office, including movement from floor-to-floor using elevators or stairs. If offsite or hybrid role, must have access to work in setting which enables meeting all requirements of the role (including privacy, reliable internet access, phone, ability to video conference, etc.)
