Cleanroom Compounding Supervisor; Mon-Thurs

About the Job

Supervise and assist in the compounding of pharmaceutical products and support areas with the aim of ensuring that the patient receives the correct medication.

• Supervise the drug compounding operations.
• Review operator adherence to HR policies and perform disciplinary action when necessary.
• Approve electronic time keeping for reports.
• Manage personnel to operational standards and complete performance evaluations.
• Ensure all Logbooks are reviewed and signed in a timely manner for QA review.
• Work with trainers and training department on SOP qualifications.
• Ensure new processes are effectively communicated between management and team members.
• Partner with the new product development team members to review manufacturing processes and batch records.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) metrics by reducing error / deviations and completing corrections quickly.
• Review and maintain adherence to the manufacturing schedules.
• Aid in inventory control by ensuring personnel are properly documenting and consuming components and material in an ERP system.
• Track employee training to ensure compliance.
• Aid in bi-annual reviews of procedures.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership to the operational team.

• 4+ years in Manufacturing, 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity are required
• Manufacturing experience with cGMP and FDA regulations required, Pharmaceutical or Food industry preferred
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities
• Experience with ERP system required
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
