As a Technician, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace. This position contributes to our vision by:

• Modification and repair of bundles at partner sites
• Reads instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly
• Rework connectors, back shells, wires terminations, splices, split rings, lugs and any other component built in a Wire Harness
• Wrap and tie wires; route wires; change routing/ breakouts
• Perform Electrical Tests
• Complete associated paperwork
• Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture
• Ability to obtain and sustain Operator Self Verification (OSV)

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 0-2 years of wiring experience; basic wiring experience or a combination of experience and training
• Knowledge/
  
  Skills:
  
  capable of completing new hire training course requirements; experience in Wiring Manufacturing or MRO desirable; wiring knowledge (basic); aircraft experience a plus; ability to work in a team environment; good interpersonal skills; dedication to understand technical issues and seek resolution; stable work history; willing to work any shift
