• Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machines (Mazak, Haas, Siemens, Fanuc)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents
• Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, FARO) to inspect parts
• Monitor machine feed and speed during operations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues
• Collaborate with engineering and inspection teams
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives

• Machine shop focused on precision aerospace and defense manufacturing
• Hands-on training for 6–8 weeks before shift assignment
• Safety-first culture with opportunities for growth
