Aircraft Assembly Mechanic
(Training will be provided for this role)
Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire an Aircraft Electrical Assembly Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, wire terminations, and any other component built into a wire harness.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
- Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components built into a wire harness.
- Wrap and tie wires securely.
- Route wires according to specified instructions.
- Change routing and breakouts as required.
- Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality.
- Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- 2+ years of aircraft assembly/manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with aircraft components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists effectively.
- Experience in reworking connectors, wire terminations, and related components.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
