By applying to this requisition, you will be considered for one of three entry‑level roles:
Sheet Metal Assembly, Wing Assembly, or Line Assembly/Installation. Each plays a critical part in building world‑class aircraft—and offers hands‑on experience with precision assembly and installation.
- Assemble and install mechanical, structural, and hydraulic components
- Work with metals and composites
- Perform adjustments and quality checks
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, rivet guns, and measuring instruments
- Take ownership of the quality of your work
- Cut, drill, countersink, rivet, and fit sheet metal assemblies
- Apply sealing and bonding agents
- Align multiple parts using jigs and fixtures
- Build wing structures in tight spaces and closed bays
- Drill and countersink close‑tolerance holes
- Apply adhesives and sealants in hard‑to‑reach areas
- Install and align parts directly on the aircraft line
- Perform adjustments and minor repairs for final quality checks
- High school diploma or equivalent (or bronze‑level Work Keys)
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude; automotive or mechanical experience helpful
- Ability to work in areas exposed to dust, dirt, and loud noise

- $3,000 annual lump sum payment eligibility per contract
