Overview
As the Customer Technology Manager
, you will lead and manage Customer Technology Solutions to maximize customer satisfaction, market leadership, and profitability, while overseeing onboarding and training for Caterpillar digital platforms and supporting equipment solutions through effective customer onboarding and connectivity processes.
- Develop value-added processes for digital products and offerings to drive customer adoption, utilization, and satisfaction.
- Increase market share and customer adoption of Cat digital products, including PCC, Cat Central, QR Codes, Cat Inspect, SIS2GO, Vision Link, and other digital solutions.
- Ensure digital product offerings are clearly and consistently communicated across the Foley organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure required to support digital product solutions.
- Manage day-to-day department operations and staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and manage the workforce to ensure quality execution, customer service, accurate invoicing, and employee growth and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to identify needs and lead the creation of value-added solutions to meet those needs.
- Integrate Customer Solutions into the marketing of new, used, and rental equipment, as well as parts and service offerings.
- Oversee the development and customer utilization of custom Vision Link reporting.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and utilization of Cat digital products and Foley Lynx.
- Support sales representatives across all departments by developing customer-centric solutions and promoting digital product capabilities.
- Travel as required to support training and other company locations.
- Prior experience in construction technology, digital platforms, and/or remote customer service.
- Strong computer and technical proficiency.
- Proven people management experience with a strong track record in employee relations and staff development.
- Experience with profit-and-loss responsibility and financial management.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in the construction equipment industry
