Night Manager
Join City Wide Facility Solutions as a Night Manager, where your leadership will ensure our clients enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment. This role involves overseeing the quality of janitorial services during the night shift while managing a team of independent contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and inspect cleaning operations to ensure compliance with client standards
- Communicate effectively with the day management team regarding any issues, complaints, or special requests
- Support the training and development of janitorial staff to enhance performance and quality of service
- Prepare and manage nightly reports on service quality, addressing any deficiencies promptly
- Establish effective relationships with clients and contractors to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the janitorial service or facilities management sector - Skills:
Strong leadership abilities, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for reporting and management purposes
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
City Wide Facility Solutions offers competitive compensation and benefits, including hourly pay rate of $18‑$20/hour with shift differential for 3rd shift work.
