We are partnering with a leading industrial services company providing coatings, fireproofing, insulation, scaffolding, safety, and digital monitoring solutions to clients across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Commercial sectors.
The company is experiencing strong growth and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute soft craft service projects across the Mid-Continent region (Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, and South Dakota).
About the RoleAs Project Manager, you will oversee multiple industrial projects, ensuring delivery that meets client expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and budget. This position is highly field-oriented, with frequent travel to client sites.
You’ll collaborate closely with field supervisors, safety personnel, and clients, driving project execution from initiation to closeout and contributing to continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning and execution of soft craft projects (scaffolding, coatings, fireproofing, insulation, abatement, etc.).
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage cost controls, forecasting, and profitability of assigned projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage change orders or project adjustments.
- Conduct project reviews and contribute to lessons learned and process improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in soft craft or industrial services, including 3+ years in Project Management.
- Proven success managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects (up to $20M).
- Strong background in estimating within at least one soft craft discipline.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- PMP or PMI certification (Preferred).
Candidates may be based in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, or South Dakota
, with frequent travel to client sites across the region.
Up to 75% across the Mid-Con region.
