• Field Operations Leadership: Lead the day-to-day execution of roofing projects across your district. Ensure safety, quality, and speed in every build.
• Team Development: Coach and mentor Project Leads and Operations Admins to become elite performers. Build accountability, hustle, and pride into the culture.
• Project Oversight: Own licensure, permitting, and compliance across your market. Make data‑driven decisions to keep every site running on time and on budget.
• Strategic Execution: Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Claims, and Executive Leadership to deliver results that exceed expectations.
• Subcontractor Relationships: Source, develop, and maintain top‑tier crews who reflect Premier’s quality standards.

• A seasoned leader with 5+ years in construction, operations, or project management
• An organizer who thrives on structure, documentation, and proactive problem solving
• A builder of teams who leads with humility, clarity, and consistency
• A decision‑maker who moves fast, adapts quickly, and owns results
• A communicator who brings clarity to chaos, and accountability to the field
• GC license holder (a huge plus) with confidence in permits, inspections, and compliance
