Overview
Arrowhead West is seeking a Residential Coordinator to lead a team of caregivers to ensure homes are safe, welcoming, and empowering for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This leadership role blends team management, relationship-building, and hands-on support with opportunities to make every day meaningful.
What You Get to Do- Lead, coach, and mentor a talented, diverse team.
- Guide staff in providing person-centered support that promotes independence.
- Join clients for community experiences such as ball games, shopping, restaurants, parades, events, cultural celebrations, and more.
- Starting at $46,800 (Salaried, Exempt).
- Paid training, including First Aid & CPR certification, and training related to person-centered planning and positive behavior supports.

Full-time Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Includes evenings/weekends. On-call rotation.
