* Solid understanding of project lifecycle management including executing complex projects with multiple work streams
* Ability to manage and oversee a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
* Proven experience in Construction Project Management and Program Management
* Deep knowledge of workplace strategy and workplace dynamics, including understanding of how physical environments impact business performance and employee experience
* Demonstrated ability to develop and document strategic vision, establish organizational priorities, and create actionable strategies and recommendations
* Proven experience in real estate development processes and expertise in applying industry frameworks and methodologies
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proactive approach to identifying project/program roadblocks and implementing corrective actions to keep the projects/program on track
* Strong customer-facing skills with experience in managing real estate projects including anticipating customer needs
* Superior communication management skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Proven ability to manage client expectations and provide strategic solutions aligned with client objectives
* Excellent program reporting and documentation, including status updates, progress reports, and lessons learned
* Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and developing new processes to address complex challenges
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
