The Role:
Selling Branch Manager

We re seeking a dynamic Selling Branch Manager to spearhead the launch of our Wichita, KS office. As a Servant Leader and Elite Seller, you ll embody high character and high performance, building a thriving branch from the ground up. This is your chance to blend sales expertise with team leadership to achieve ambitious goals in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth:
    Lead your team to hit $10M in annual revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build Your Book of Business:
    Generate leads via cold-calling, networking events, client meetings, and relationship-building to create a robust pipeline.
  • Financial Stewardship:
    Manage budgets, oversee financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency for the branch.
  • Team Leadership:
    Inspire and develop a high-performing team focused on candidate care and client success.

What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years in outside sales within the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • 1-3 years in people management or branch leadership.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a book of business exceeding $3M in revenue.
  • Mindset:
