As the Logistics & Fulfillment Supervisor in Post Production, you will ensure the team operates according to Standard Operating Procedures and maintains a professional and controlled environment. You will manage scheduling, daily assignments, performance evaluations, and equipment, facilities and staff readiness to adhere to quality systems and Good Manufacturing Practice.

• Appropriately allocate manpower resources to ensure the proper and timely execution of both scheduled and unscheduled production needs on a daily basis.
• Approve electronic time‑keeping and PTO requests for records.
• Coordinate with department leads and trainers to identify growth opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
• Assign team members as needed to accomplish tasks within the designated department and assist with other departmental needs.
• Coordinate with the technical team on special projects identified as possible improvements in physical or system processes.
• Communicate directives and initiatives intensidad from management to production technicians on assigned shifts.
• Participate and facilitate internal audits, including process improvement, CAPA, action items and associated updates for identified procedural gaps.
Monitor and improve workflow, including process change development and implementation based on deviation and events where processes were not followed.
• Actively participate in the evaluation of staff in bahagi of all work‑related activities and in the review process for assigned shift production technicians.

• A minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience in a leadership position or demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Good working knowledge of all functional areas of the departmental areas.
• Strong math and problem‑solving skills with demonstrated use of sound judgment.
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and lead a team.
• Ability to work with others in a positive and professional manner and develop and maintain strong working relationships with co‑workers and management.
• Ability to take initiative, including asking for and offering help when needed; performs work independently without being prompted.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, accuracy and accountability.
