Service Professional position at Alta Pest Control. Field-based, traveling to customers’ homes and businesses throughout your service area. The role requires a focus on customer retention and reducing callbacks, while delivering quality service, exceeding expectations, and representing the company with pride.

You’ll spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You’re a motivated Service Professional responsible for retaining customers and reducing callbacks by completing all assigned stops. Your daily mission: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

• Starting Pay: $15 per hour (plus perks and commissions)
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, Approx. 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M., 40–60 hours per week

• Start your day from home and head straight to your first stop
• Manage your own service route throughout the day
• Work independently outdoors in different neighborhoods
• Treat 10–15 homes per day
• Communicate with clients, explain treatments, answer questions, and address concerns
• Drive company vehicles, clean work areas, and assist with other administrative tasks
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one

• No prior pest control experience required – paid training and licensing will be provided
• Great communication and problem‑solving skills
• A strong work ethic and a team‑first attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
