Tester Operator

• Perform various tests, analyze results, and identify any defects or issues
• Observe and conduct operation of equipment and document maintenance needs
• Troubleshoot control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals
• Verify equipment data for reporting
• Ability to interpret, follow and execute testing procedures accurately
• May communicate with equipment technicians relating to more-complex issues
• Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels
• Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports

• Hands-on capability to troubleshoot technical problems as necessary
• Ability to gather, document, and input data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Time-management skills
• Written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Warehouse environment
• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary
• The ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time, if necessary
• The ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach in a continuous/repetitive capacity, if necessary
