The Maintenance Worker ??

D? performs facility maintenance requirements.

Keep facility areas clean and in an orderly condition. Work successfully with co‑workers, customers, contractors, & others. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Understand instructions for tasks using basic maintenance and communication skills.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and experience in Maintenance in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Grounds keeping
• Facility upkeep including light plumbing and electrical duties
• Manage chip and recycling program
• Manage coolant program
• Perform low level PM??s and tickets
• Performs other related duties, as required

• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and orderly.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety and environmental rules, equipment operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to communicate effectively to internal and external customers.
• Strong decision‑making skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to apply good judgment when carrying out instructions.
• Able to perform routine & repetitive work.
• Recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systems.
• Understand and meet company policies and procedures.
• Able to use hand and power tools, such as hammer, screwdriver, pliers, power drill, saws, roto‑hammers and grinders.
• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Self‑motivated and driven.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
