The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions and responsibilities are troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions.

• Provide services for fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow required processes for wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Act as a customer service champion, helping customers understand and fix protection in their home.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, visiting customers at their homes or businesses.

• High school degree or equivalent.
