• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make‑ready tasks)
• Perform interior/exterior painting & staining
• Maintain HVAC systems (repair, troubleshooting)
• Keep property grounds clean and well‑maintained
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance
• Keep the maintenance shop & work areas clean and organized
• Rotate on‑call duties for emergency maintenance needs

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work Mon‑Fri from 8AM to 5PM and On‑Call 1 week, every other week
• HVAC Certification Preferred
• EPA License Preferred
• Experience with Drywall, Painting & Carpentry
• Basic Electrical Knowledge (Outlets, Switches, Fixtures)
• Strong Problem‑Solving & Customer Service Skills
• Effective Verbal & Written Communication
• Willingness to Complete Training Within 30 Days
