Join the Weigand‑Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our Facility team. The role involves performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site. Note that some duties may not be specifically addressed.

$20.00/yr – $24.00/yr

• Perform duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero‑defect manner.
• Be customer service oriented, genuinely supporting and promoting good resident/tenant relations and service.
• Possess the ability to work independently, direct others, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills; participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have the EPA Universal Certification.
• A total of at least 2 years of experience by Vocational HVAC Schooling (provide transcript or certificate of completion) AND/OR verifiable apprenticeship training.
• Tools to perform the duties described in this job description.
