As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and a tidy facility. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude so customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain a fast‑paced work environment and adapt to changing scenarios.
• Take pride in work and keep member satisfaction as the top priority.
• Work an entire shift on feet in physically demanding environments.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of waste.
• Rotate and store chemicals and supplies properly and replenish when low.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.
