VP Regulatory Compliance Hybrid

The person in this hands‑on position will be responsible for overseeing the performance and productivity of a department of employees within the repair operation. Specifically, the responsibilities of this position include:

• Supports and assists the Repair Manager.
• Oversee the operations and processes of testing, repairing, and refurbishing cable boxes.
• Supervise production, quality performance, safety, and turnaround time.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Train and support employees in procedures and expectations.
• Counsel employees on performance deficiencies when necessary.
• Order parts and equipment.

• Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications.

• Technical certification in electronics
• Previous technical management/leadership
