Commercial Account Executive – P&C Insurance

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing businesses.
• Partner with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive policies.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business growth.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims support with professionalism and care.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and carrier offerings to provide clients with the best options.

• Active Kansas Property and Causality License (required).
• At least two years of experience with commercial lines insurance (required).
• Experience with an independent agency with multiple carriers (preferred)
• Knowledge of commercial lines such as general liability, property, workers’ comp, and commercial auto.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple accounts.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, independent-agency environment.
