Our Tech Team is the engine behind our digital capabilities—designing and building the platforms, tools, and systems that power our services across the eCommerce ecosystem. From automation to optimization to data integration, the team turns complex challenges into seamless solutions, enabling scale, speed, and smarter decision-making. With innovation at its core, Tech drives the digital backbone of our business and empowers every function to perform at its best.

• Clarify requirements and specifications, provide feedback, and design test cases in detail.
• Execute all testing activities to improve product quality and work closely with the team to deliver the product successfully.
• Learn and research all popular testing types and apply them to the actual project.
• Participate in key meetings throughout the software testing process.
• Collaborate with developers on the backlog items and incidents.
• Report issues and follow up until the release in the DEV and Beta environments.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Liaise with internal teams closely (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Directly report to the PM/QC lead.

• Third-year university student majoring in information technology.
• Proactive in work with a high sense of responsibility.
• Understanding of the software life-cycle, especially Agile-Scrum.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with teams at work.
• Good English in verbal and written.

• We are building 'the operating system for digital commerce in South East Asia' covering all key platforms, working with leading international brands, with a breadth and depth of functionalities (Middleware, OMS, Inventory mgmt, Store Ops, CX, Mar Tech, Data & Analytics) that few in the industry can match.
• Strong skills in Integration testing, using Developer tools, RESTful API using Postman apps, SQL, UI/UX.
