It Field Technician

Description

We are seeking a technical support professional with hands‑on experience in current infrastructure technologies.

• Provide support for desktop/laptop hardware, operating systems, and Office suite.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop operating systems, Windows servers and Linux operating systems.
• Work with IP networking, CISCO switching and routing.
• Perform event monitoring, logging and data collection.
• Use virtualization technologies to support end‑user environments.

• Intermediate level experience in desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware, imaging and ticketing systems (Service Now).
• Experience with math and algebra and data reporting tools such as Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English.

Contract to Hire, fully onsite, Wichita, KS

The pay range is $18.00–$22.00 per hour. Eligible temporary benefits may include:
