A global engineering firm in Wichita is looking for a Defense Procurement Specialist to join their procurement team. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in defense procurement, compliance with DoD regulations, and negotiation skills. You'll manage purchasing processes, mentor the procurement team, and work as a liaison across departments. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and have experience with FAR/DFARS documentation.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with procurement tools like SAP or Oracle are critical.
