Affiliate Automation Tester; SC Cleared

We are recruiting for an Affiliate Automation Tester for a contract to start ASAP.

On-site presence required in Leeds 2 days per week.

Day rate: up to £300

• Test planning:
  Design and document comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Browser Test Automation:
  Implement automated tests using e2e tools such as Cypress;
  Playwright;
  Selenium
• Backend Test Automation:
  Implement automated API tests using API tools such as Postman/Newman
• Test Automation in Code:
  Work independently or with developers to develop tests in Typescript/Java/Java script
• Test execution:
  Perform tests manually and document test results, and report defects
• Defect management:
  Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• User documentation:
  Write and update user documentation and operational procedures
• Fixes and improvements:
  Devise and deploy fixes and improvements
• Demonstrable experience working with Xray or similar test management tools
• Must be able to write BDD scenarios
