The Senior Apriso MES Developer will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) built on Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso.
This role focuses on enabling seamless manufacturing operations within a discrete manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on aerospace industry standards and regulatory compliance.
The position requires close collaboration with customer MES teams, IT stakeholders, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure operational stability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain the Apriso MES application to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Resolve support tickets and production issues related to existing Apriso MES solutions to maintain business continuity.
- Work closely with customer MES teams, IT stakeholders, and support teams to deliver enhancements and improvements.
- Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and unit test MES solutions and enhancements using Apriso best practices.
- Ensure all MES solutions comply with ITAR regulations and customer-specific security and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate closely with Enterprise Architecture teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES functionality and performance.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting MES solutions.
- Strong functional and technical expertise with Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso MES.
- Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in discrete manufacturing environments.
- Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, ideally within the aerospace industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support critical production systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience working in heavily regulated manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT architectures supporting manufacturing systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-site MES implementations.
