• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the SAP PRA module.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead continuous process improvement and innovation initiatives within the delivery team.
• Drive project execution, maintaining billable client charging, managing delivery streams, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget results.
• Conduct system configuration, testing, and user training to ensure seamless adoption of SAP PRA functionality.
• Engage in special projects that optimize revenue accounting processes and enhance system performance.
• Travel as required to client sites (estimated 60%+ travel).

• Experience leading SAP PRA implementation projects in the Upstream Oil & Gas/Sand & Gravel sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients, gather requirements, and design effective solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of division order, production accounting, and regulatory compliance within SAP PRA.
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and training within SAP environments.
• Track record of delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Comfortable working independently and within cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Valid SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP consulting experience focused on the PRA module.
• Proven history of successful project delivery in the Upstream Oil & Gas sector.
• Deep understanding of revenue accounting processes, production reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing functional specifications.
• Willingness to travel to client needs (60%+ travel).
• Prior consulting industry experience and additional SAP Finance certificates are a plus.

• Competitive base salary range: $142,600 to $261,500 (US geography).
