Anywhere in Country. EY is seeking a SAP Finance Transformation Sales Lead – Senior Manager in Tech Consulting. The role focuses on leveraging SAP technology to improve client operations, drawing on EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and Success Factors) to deliver value from strategy to execution.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics and quality are maintained.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Capture requirements, architect solutions, blueprint and test, complete workflow and documentation, and design functional SAP solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and coordinate configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective system architecture solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7+ years of relevant sales/pursuits experience; 10+ years’ experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance modules.
• Strong knowledge of Finance integration with other SAP components (e.g., SAP Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution).
• Proven track record leading Finance teams on at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Accelerate methodology or similar implementation framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects/work streams and project-based teams; ability to operate in hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 60%+.

• Prior consulting experience with Big Four or major SAP SI company.
• SAP Certifications (e.g., C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4
  
  CPE).
• Experience in Finance or Accounting capacity within industry.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and advisory experience in finance and technology functions.
