Data Analyst III

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from SAP S/4
  
  HANA, exporting it into Excel.
• Create macros and pivot tables to compare and sort datasets.
• Utilize AI programs to detect and categorize duplicate or similar descriptions using natural language processing techniques.
• Gather, filter, and validate large datasets, especially focusing on duplicate detection using description fields.
• Support the development of new tools, methodologies, and simulations for business process improvements.
• Conduct simulations or analytical models to validate hypotheses and optimize business operations.
• Configure and maintain environments for testing and prototyping solutions.
• Document and report analytical outcomes using appropriate data visualization methods.
• Collaborate closely with business experts, customers, and internal product teams to understand and solve technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Database Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data migration or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA modules and experience in handling enterprise data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create macros, pivot tables, and perform advanced data analysis.
• Familiarity with data cleansing and validation techniques.

• Hands-on experience with the following SAP modules:
  • MM – Procurement Module
  • LE – Logistics Execution
  • Master Data Migration
• Experience working with AI‑driven tools for data comparison and filtering.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.

Certifications in SAP, Data Analysis, or Database Management are a plus.
