LSI Staffing in Wichita is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team. This is a fast paced, goal driven role that works closely with applicants, employees, and customers. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and working toward daily and weekly goals, this could be a great fit.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

$16–$18 per hour, based on experience

Weekly pay

• Screen resumes and interview candidates by phone and in person
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, community events, and referrals
• Communicate with applicants and clients throughout the hiring process
• Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding steps
• Administer drug screens and background checks
• Enter and track applicant information in the recruiting system
• Work with other recruiters to meet client staffing needs
• Provide consistent customer service to both candidates and clients

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable multitasking in a high volume environment
• Reliable with great attendance
• Professional, positive attitude with a sense of urgency
• MUST be a team player.
