HR Business Partner

Leadex Systems is a niche software consulting company and a long-time Mule Soft partner. We provide best-in-class API Management solutions in the Middle East and Europe. Our team of 66 like-minded professionals combines technical expertise with domain knowledge in digital banking, finance, and e-commerce.

Position Summary

As an HR Business Partner at Leadex Systems, you will be the key ally to the CEO and Founder in building a people-first organization. This role combines strategic vision with hands‑on implementation: you will take ownership of HR processes, shape culture, and drive transformation.

At Leadex, we see this role as the foundation for future HR leadership. As the team and business scale, it opens a growth path into HR Director.

Your Mission
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business vision and goals.
  • Build a systemic approach to people development, culture, and values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach for project managers and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Transformation
  • Design and implement long‑term HR strategy aligned with company growth.
  • Lead cultural transformation: systematise practices, strengthen values, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Talent & Development
  • Support managers in building high‑performing teams through coaching and feedback.
  • Drive performance management processes with a focus on growth and transparency.
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Own the entire employee journey: onboarding, adaptation, retention, and offboarding.
  • Ensure employee feedback is collected, acted upon, and integrated into decision‑making.
  • Build and strengthen Leadex’s employer brand to attract and retain talent.
People Operations & Analytics
  • Set up and continuously improve HR processes, from hiring to exit.
  • Use HR analytics to measure and guide people‑related decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in HR roles with proven experience in strategic HR or HR Business Partner positions.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+).
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to build processes from scratch.
