Mental Health Licensed Therapist

Overview

Hope Net seeks licensed mental health therapists to join a dynamic, nonprofit team. Therapists clinically evaluate, treat, and coordinate care for clients in a 4‑day work week (Mon‑Thu). The role reports to the Counseling Program Supervisor.

• Provide direct therapeutic services for short, moderate, and long term cases.
• Clinically evaluate, design, and implement client treatment plans using multidimensional assessment tools.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing mental health support.
• Offer services for severe trauma, high‑risk, and at‑risk clients.
• Maintain comprehensive case records and case‑management documentation.
• Collaborate with agency staff, supervisors, and external providers for coordinated care.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, peer supervision, and professional development.
• Adhere to agency policies, managed‑care organization requirements, and safety protocols.

• Licensed counselor, licensed professional clinical counselor, or equivalent Kansas state license.
• Clinical experience in individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma treatment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to evidence‑based practice.
• Knowledge of managed‑care systems and documentation requirements.
