, and help us provide the people we support with the voice and care they deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Care:
    Assist with scheduling medical and other appointments and notify all appropriate personnel.
  • Documentation:
    Initiate and complete required forms to document appointments accurately.
  • File Management:
    Maintain organized files and perform data entry in electronic health records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication:
    Provide updated medical information to teams to prepare for annual staffings.
  • Logistics:
    Ensure Electronic Health Records on each individual in Therap are accurate and up to date.
Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm (some late afternoons might occur). Position based in Wichita, KS.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of one year of related experience.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    High proficiency with personal computers, various software packages and electronic health records systems, and standard office equipment (copiers, faxes, etc.), valid driver s license, ability to lift, push, pull 50 lb.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Knowledge of numerical and alphabetical filing systems and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
