Join the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, integrated services to children and families. The CHAD NDIS Coordinator applies specialised clinical knowledge to ensure services are evidence‑based, client‑centred, and aligned with NDIS funding requirements. Working under reduced clinical direction, you will support less experienced staff and contribute to the broader early childhood intervention goals of the Allied and Community Health Division.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive NDIS‑funded programs for paediatric clients.
- Contribute to clinical support planning for NDIS participants accessing allied health services at Country Health Connect.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and external service providers to deliver integrated care.
- Utilise preventative, early intervention, and therapy‑based approaches to support client outcomes.
- Experience delivering early childhood intervention or allied health services.
- Confidence coordinating and evaluating NDIS‑funded programs for paediatric clients.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to less experienced staff and students.
- Strong collaboration skills with multi‑disciplinary teams and external providers.
