Caregiver Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team and be a vital resource for caregivers navigating ABA services and behavioral challenges.

• Provide emotional and practical to caregivers of children receiving ABA therapy.
• Educate and coach caregivers on ABA principles and how to implement behavior support strategies at home.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with caregivers, offering guidance on managing challenging behaviors and reinforcing therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and ABA therapists to ensure consistent, individualized caregiver support that aligns with clients' treatment plans.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, and group support sessions focused on ABA‑related topics and family dynamics.
• Assist caregivers with accessing community resources and additional services to support their child's growth and development.
• Monitor and address caregiver concerns, stressors, and needs, creating a feedback loop with the clinical team for holistic care.

For the Caregiver Support Specialist, a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, special education, or a related field is required.
